1）同步到手机客户端

手机客户端接收到含有日程的邮件后，点击附件中日程并导入，在手机端添加日程。此种方式，以邮件为载体手动添加日程，日程信息只记录在手机端。添加后无法与Webmail和Outlook同步，部分手机客户端也可自动导入。
After receiving the email containing the schedule, click the schedule in the attachment and import it to calendar of mobile phone. Some mobile phone can also be automatically imported. In this way, the schedule is manually added using email as the carrier, and the schedule information is only recorded on the mobile phone. After adding, it cannot be synchronized with Webmail and Outlook.

Outlook通过通讯录插件可以实现与服务器的日程双向同步。插件安装方法: Outlook客户端通讯录插件安装手册。用户添加日程后可以同步到服务器端，还可同步到手机客户端。
Outlook can sync the schedule with the server for two-way through the Address Book plug-in. see Outlook Client Address Book Plug-in Installation Manual. After adding a schedule, you can synchronize it to the server and also to the mobile client.

1）手机Coremail APP客户端安装

用户可下载Coremail APP客户端，实现手机与邮件系统双向同步功能。APP客户端集成了邮件、日程、通讯录等功能。通过https://mail.shanghaitech.edu.cn/，点击”App下载”后，扫码下载APP客户端。
You can download the Coremail APP client to achieve two-way synchronization between the mobile phone and the email system. The APP client integrates functions such as email, calendar, and address book. Open https://mail.shanghaitech.edu.cn Click App Download and scan the code to download the APP client.
点击后选择普通版，通过手机扫描下载客户端。
After clicking, select the regular version and download the client through mobile phone scanning.
下载完成后，通过邮箱账号和密码即可登录APP客户端。
After downloading, you can log in to the APP client through your email account and password.
2）手机Coremail APP客户端配置

用户登录后，点击”设置”->”日程同步”开关，即可实现邮箱系统中日程自动同步到手机日历中。点击”日程”，即可在APP中创建日程，并自动同步到邮箱系统以及其它客户端和手机日历中。
After log in, click the Settings ->Schedule Synchronization and switch to automatically synchronize the schedule in the email system to the mobile calendar. Click Schedule to create a schedule in the app and automatically synchronize it to the email system, other clients, and mobile calendars.
