新邮件系统提供了丰富的自助查询功能，用户可方便的查询已发送邮件的状态情况。查询方法如下：
The new email system provides prominent self-service query functions, allowing users to conveniently check the status of sent emails. The query method is as follows:
1.登录webmail，点击左侧图标，就可以看到“自助查询”功能。
1.Log in to webmail and click on the icon on the left to see the 'self-service query' function.
2.打开“自助查询”，点击“发信查询”，可以根据需要查询发信状态些信息，如果对方未读，点击”召回邮件”还可以召回该封邮件。
2.Open 'Self service Query' and click 'Sending Query' to check the sending status and information as needed. If the recipient has not read it, clicking 'Recall' can also recall the email
注意：只有发送给本校的并且对方未读的邮件支持召回，其它情况召回不成功。
Note: Only emails sent to shanghaitech mail system that have not been read can be recalled.
邮件发送状态说明如下：

成功到达对方服务器 | 当给非我校邮件系统的邮箱发送邮件时，在“自助查询”的“发信查询”中，会看到此提示信息。说明邮件已成功发送到收件人的邮件服务器。由于我们没有权限对收件人的邮件服务器进行查询，所以不能提供邮件是否已到达收件人邮箱的信息。（不支持外发邮件召回） |
Successfully delivered to mail server | When sending an email to a mailbox that not belongs to ShanghaiTech mail system, you will see this prompt message in the 'Sending Query' section of the 'Self Service Query' section, and the email has already sent to the recipient's mail server successfully. However, due to we have no permission to query the recipient's email server, hence we are unable to provide information on whether the email has arrived at the recipient's email address. (Recall of outgoing emails is not supported) |
成功到达对方邮箱 | 当给我校邮件系统的邮箱发送邮件时，在“自助查询”的“发信查询”中，会看到此提示信息。说明邮件已成功发送到收件人的邮箱，但还未被阅读。（此时可以召回） |
